Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Luna Sri collects on lunasri.com, by email and when you buy a template, and what we do with it. Luna Sri is run by Sri Hari Dev Prasad, an individual based in India, who is responsible for your data. Questions: hello@lunasri.com.
What we collect
- Email. If you write to us, we keep your name, email address and what you send, so we can reply and provide support.
- Purchases. When you buy a template, we receive your name, email address, country, the product and license you bought, and the order amount. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- Server logs. Our host records standard technical data for every request (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) to run and secure the site. These logs are kept for a limited period by the host.
The site has no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, no cookies and no sign-up forms. The only thing it saves in your browser is your light or dark theme choice, which stays on your device.
Payments
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: it processes your payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your receipt. Dodo Payments collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. It shares with us only the order details listed above.
Why we use your data
- To deliver what you bought, provide support and handle refunds (performing our contract with you).
- To keep order and tax records (legal obligation).
- To answer your messages and keep the site secure (legitimate interest).
We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or send you marketing email without your consent.
Who else processes it
- Hostinger hosts the website and our email.
- Dodo Payments processes payments.
- Framer hosts the template previews and delivers the remix link; if you use it, Framer's own privacy policy applies.
- cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr serve some of the site's scripts, so they receive your IP address when you load a page.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States and the EU, under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 8 years). Support emails are kept for up to 3 years after the last message, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@lunasri.com and we'll reply within 30 days. Data we must keep by law, such as order records, can't be deleted before that period ends. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our products are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
