License, refunds and support

All templates are digital products (a Framer template, code components and related assets). The product counts as delivered as soon as you receive the Framer remix link or any file. By buying, you confirm you have viewed the live preview, read the product details, and accept this license and refund policy.
License
Standard ($129): build one website, personal or commercial, on one domain.
Extended ($249): build unlimited websites for yourself or your clients, on any number of domains.
- Templates are licensed, not sold. A license is personal and can't be transferred.
- Buy one license per intended use. Moving from Standard to Extended is a new purchase; once it's done, the Standard purchase is refunded.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share or sublicense the template or its files, or offer them in any store, marketplace or platform, on their own or as part of another template.
Refund policy
Because the product is digital and can't be returned once delivered, all sales are final. This applies whether or not the remix link or files have been used, edited, duplicated or published.
A refund is given only when:
- Duplicate purchase: you bought the same license for the same product more than once by mistake.
- Technical issue: the template doesn't work as described, you contacted support, the issue couldn't be fixed, and you've sent evidence (screenshots, a screen recording or a clear description).
Refund requests must be sent to hello@lunasri.com within 8 days of purchase. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
No refund is given if:
- you no longer need the product, changed your mind, or found something you prefer;
- you're unhappy with features that were clearly described or visible in the preview before purchase;
- you don't have the skills, software, account or Framer plan needed to use it;
- you report a technical issue without evidence, or the issue comes from your own changes;
- you bought the wrong license type (you can upgrade as described above).
A refund or a payment reversed through your bank (chargeback) ends your license. You must then stop using the template and delete every project and remix made from it. Please contact us before opening a dispute; most problems can be solved directly.
Support
Email hello@lunasri.com. Replies within 2 working days (Extended: priority). Support covers setting up the template and fixing anything that doesn't work as shown in the preview. It doesn't cover custom design or development work. If a Framer update breaks part of the template, it's fixed for free.
